Job summary

ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid Data Migration & Archiving Delivery Lead role within a regulated enterprise SaaS context. You will drive critical data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and transparent delivery while leveraging AI-driven automation to elevate outcomes across global operations.

The position requires leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with implementation partners and suppliers, and driving readiness through testing and validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise data migration and archiving initiatives in complex SaaS environments.
• Proven expertise delivering GxP-regulated systems with data integrity and validation.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams incl. legal and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data Migration & Archiving workstream plan.
• Lead daily delivery activities with specialists, partners, and suppliers.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide status reports and escalations.
• Define and oversee migration approach incl. source assessment, profiling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation.
• Lead migration rehearsals and ensure readiness before production deployment.
• Maintain archiving strategies for non-migrated records with security and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and inspection readiness across all delivery phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data decisions, cleansing, testing, and validation.
• Apply AI, automation, and analytics to profiling, mapping, and reconciliation.
