Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking motivated Customer Service Experts to join an international support team. You will assist business mobility users via phone and email, provide practical solutions, and help maintain high customer service standards.

The role includes a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, with a 5-day intensive training program (8 hours daily) leading to a fixed-term contract and potential permanency. Health insurance and other benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist business mobility users with operational questions regarding vehicle-related products and services.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide support regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and related topics.
• Process and respond to incoming customer emails.
• Make outbound calls to organize and confirm appointments.
• Identify recurring questions and potential process gaps.
• Suggest improvements to processes and customer support procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient solutions.
• Complete a 5-day training program (8 hours per day).
• Successful training leads to a fixed-term employment contract.
