Cbtalents is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal, to join an international project. This on-site role is full-time with rotating shifts and welcomes fresh graduates aiming to gain international BPO experience.

You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing professional responses and resolving issues while working in a multicultural team to deliver quality service.

Qualificações

• English C1 required and strong communication skills.
