Geotab, a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, seeks a Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. The role diagnoses hardware and software issues for Geotab products and partner solutions, supporting customers and partners with expert guidance and collaboration across teams.

You will engage via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, while adapting to a 24/7/365 operational environment and growing product knowledge.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service/support capacity.
• 1–3 years of technical experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong reading/writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers and partners understand and utilize Geotab's products and services, diagnosing technical issues.
• Resolve hardware and software-related issues within Geotab products and partner products.
• Collaborate with partners, customers, sales reps, and internal teams on return/exchange processes.
• Communicate effectively by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product service training to resellers and customers.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
