Geotab Inc. is looking for a Customer Success Migration Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time role focusing on converting Verizon Reveal customers to the MyGeotab platform. You will engage customers through calls, explain the advantages of switching platforms, and assist with the contract process.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and can effectively manage their sales pipeline using CRM tools. Join us to contribute to our growth and support our customers!

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience using a CRM to manage a pipeline is an advantage.
• Motivated candidates with good communication skills are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to introduce MyGeotab and initiate migration.
• Explain the benefits of switching platforms to customers.
• Log all activities and keep the pipeline updated in Salesforce.

Conhecimentos

Verbal and written fluency in English

Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese

Strong communication skills

Outbound sales experience

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
