A global leader in IoT is seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in Lisbon. In this role, you will diagnose technical issues and provide support for both hardware and software related to Geotab products. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service/support role, expert knowledge in Excel, and be able to communicate professionally in English and French. Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service/support capacity.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and communicate in English and French.
• Expert level Excel skills including pivot tables and reports.

• Support partners, customers, sales representatives via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage training sessions for resellers and customers.
