Geotab, a global leader in IoT, is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to support our SMB customers in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves guiding customers through onboarding processes to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
• Basic analytical skills for tracking onboarding metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Support a portfolio of SMB customers during their onboarding.
• Conduct training sessions and implementation calls.
• Track and report on onboarding metrics.
