Geotab in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose technical issues and provide customer and partner support across Geotab devices, MyGeotab, and partner products. You will work with partners, customers, sales, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email, applying a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of programming languages and big data applications.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service/support capacity and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript, and data warehouses like Google Big Query.
• Excel skills (pivot tables and reports) and Google Suite for business.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose technical issues and provide support for hardware and software within Geotab products (GO devices), MyGeotab, and partner products.
• Collaborate with partners, customers, sales, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
• Possess strong technical aptitude and knowledge of programming languages and big data applications.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while adapting to evolving technology and market demands.
• Provide technical service training to resellers and customers.
