Arch Systems is looking for a Hotel Manager for Secret Patio Lisbon, a flagship property in the heart of Lisbon’s historic zone. The ideal candidate will oversee operational success and ensure exceptional guest experiences while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include financial management, compliance with local regulations, and establishing operational strategies for occupancy and profitability. Candidates should have proven experience in hospitality management and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing large-scale properties (200+ units preferred).
• Strong knowledge of operational standards and hospitality laws.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational activities and develop SOPs aligned with standards.
• Manage financial KPIs and control operating budgets.
• Hire, train, and develop operational teams.
