Responsibilities

• Design and execute a robust local sales plan to drive revenue across multiple segments.
• Take ownership of personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and nurture a portfolio of key accounts both new and existing.
• Collaborate with the central team to connect with national and international clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Organize and lead property tours, client visits, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and contribute insights to shape future strategy.
• Stay engaged with developments across the wider property network.
