Secret Patio Lisbon is undergoing a repositioning to a premium lifestyle hospitality concept under the Atipico brand. As Hotel Manager, you will lead the hotel's next chapter, elevating guest experience, service standards and commercial results while managing operations through renovation phases.

You will collaborate with Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Design and Construction to translate the physical transformation into a stronger hospitality experience and premium market positioning.

Qualificações

• Must have strong experience in hotel operations and leading an operating hotel or major hotel departments.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of ADR, RevPAR and profitability.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; hands-on, entrepreneurial, and present on property.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee repositioning & operational transformation of the hotel during renovation phases.
• Lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B to high standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Procurement, Revenue and Marketing to align hospitality experience with premium positioning.
• Own the hotel P&L and deliver revenue and profitability targets; manage payroll and operating costs.
• Drive guest experience improvements, monitor service standards and respond to guest feedback.
