The role demands a Master’s in a quantitative field and 10+ years in structuring complex transactions, with strong teamwork, stakeholder management and English fluency. Portuguese language skills are a plus and leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in a quantitative subject (Math, Finance, Economics)
• 10+ years of professional experience in structuring complex transactions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in pricing and structuring of structured products
• Experience automating workflows with Python is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated creativity in proposing new trade ideas
• Accountability and leadership in a team setting
• Fluency in English
• Additional languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day‑to‑day pricing, trade idea generation and payoff automation
• Price cross‑asset products and develop new structured solutions
• Identify relative value and market trends to unlock opportunities
• Arrange tailor‑made structured products with external counterparties
• Develop automated pricing tools for front office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)
