Leonteq, a Swiss fintech, seeks a leader to head the Structuring Team in Lisbon. The role focuses on day-to-day pricing, trade idea generation and payoff automation, with responsibility for cross-asset product pricing and new product opportunities.

You will drive automation of pricing workflows and collaborate with Sales, Structuring and Trading teams, bringing deep expertise in structured products pricing and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of professional experience in structuring complex transactions or platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in pricing and structuring of structured products.
• Proven ability to automate workflows; Python skills are a strong advantage.
• Innovative, solution-driven with a creative approach to new trade ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day-to-day pricing and payoff automation.
• Price cross-asset products and develop new product opportunities based on market trends.
• Arrange tailor-made Structured Products with external counterparties.
• Develop automated pricing tools for front office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading).
