Sterlington PLLC seeks a Quantitative Analyst for its Lisbon-based, fully remote Corporate/M&A practice. The role blends math, finance, law and business to model deal structures and executive compensation with AI-enabled methods, working directly with the Head of Corporate/M&A.

You will develop and stress-test analytical models, explore value drivers, and integrate AI into workflows, operating in a remote, high-performance environment with EST working hours.

Qualificações

• PhD or Master’s in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, finance, or related quantitative field.
• Experience with AI modeling and financial data analysis.
• Ability to work remotely in a high-performance environment and think rigorously.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into daily analysis.
• Model complex business structures and executive compensation to reveal value drivers.
• Map ownership and incentive structures across multiple scenarios.
• Stress-test assumptions and identify economic sensitivity and risk.
