Leonteq, a Swiss fintech company, invites graduates to join the Lisbon Operations & IT unit in a 100% role. You will support KID creation, pricing and risk metrics, while developing BI reports and data-driven insights.

Successful candidates combine a finance background with a passion for AI, automation and digital transformation, and will work in a hybrid setup with opportunities to grow into permanent roles.

Qualificações

• Degree in Financial Engineering or Economics (Bachelor/Master).
• Willingness to learn and commit to continuous learning.
• Good knowledge of derivatives and financial markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation and applying AI tools to BI.
• Dedicated, responsible with strong team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python).

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily support to create KID documents focusing on Pricing, Risk Metrics, and Scenario Analysis.
• Identify root causes of KID calculation failures and coordinate with Risk, Middle Office, Sales and Quants.
• Document and maintain SOPs and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to regression testing and releases to production.
• Suggest IT controls to ensure correct KID generation.
• Collect and refresh KID-related data monthly for management visibility.
• Analyze internal requirements and business data patterns.
• Manage small BI projects from start to end.
• Create BI tools/reports (Power BI) and automation projects.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

About the role

What you'll do

• Provide daily support to Product Services/Sales Team requests to facilitate the creation of KID (Key Information Documents) for different types of financial products. Most of the issues are related to Pricing, Risk Metrics, Cost Indicators and Scenario Analysis.
• Identify root causes of failing KID calculations and liaise with various internal teams (such as Risk, Middle Office, Sales and Quants) to coordinate a response. Escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
• Document, organize and keep up to date with Standard Operational Procedures and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to regression testing/sign-off due to new regulations/bugs fixes/improvements being delivered to production
• Analyze and propose IT checks/controls to mitigate or spot KID being incorrectly generated in a systematic way
• Collect and refresh data around KID activities every month, providing visibility to management on the day-to-day tasks.
• Business analysis of requirements of internal customers across the company
• Collect, identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex business data sets.
• Manage small Business Intelligence related projects front to back
• Creation of Business Intelligence tools / reports (e.g. Power BI) and automation projects.
• Provide support to ad-hoc Operational tasks if required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Financial Engineering or Economics
• Willingness to learn and commitment to continuous learning.
• Good knowledge of derivatives and financial markets
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize accordingly
• Great interest in new technologies and methods
• Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation, with a willingness to apply AI tools to improve business intelligence and processes.
• Basic knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar)

• Understanding of Structured Products (pricing models, payoffs, risk metrics)
