Inetum in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned software leader to develop and maintain the Position/Trades booking platform, with a focus on quality, security, and performance. You will drive agile software practices, collaborate with traders and support teams, and contribute to core services, feed handlers, and front-end apps while mentoring a growing team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in software development.
• At least 2 years as IT team lead.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or high-load distributed architectures.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with migration and refactoring projects to new rails.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Good business knowledge of FX products.
• Ability to work with existing code in other programming languages when necessary.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Position / Trades booking platform.
• Ensure the platform meets high standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in the agile software development lifecycle, including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the production support team on component releases and maintenance.
• Work directly with traders and perform L3 support when needed.
• Work on core services and components, feed handlers, shared libraries, metrics and reporting tools, and front-end applications.
• Analyze and develop new functionalities while maintaining existing systems.
