• Experience automating workflows with Python is a strong advantage

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our Structuring Team in Lisbon.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day-to-day pricing, trade idea generation and payoff automation
• Pricing of cross asset products:
• Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trend and new business opportunities
• Arrange tailor made Structured Products with external counterparties
• Development of automated pricing tools designed for all front office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)

What you'll need

• Masters degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject (Pure Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics)
• At least 10 years professional experience in structuring complex transactions / delivering new products platforms (*)
• Strong team-player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Expertise - Strong knowledge of structured products pricing and structuring
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows with Python programming skills a strong advantage
