Leonteq AG is seeking a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join the Securities Finance team in Lisbon. You will support the delivery of Securities Finance projects by gathering requirements from business stakeholders, grooming solutions with developers, and contributing to testing and implementation activities.

This 12-month program offers hands-on experience in structured products, collaboration with business and technical teams, and potential for a permanent role after successful

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Python.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support pre-analysis on business processes to boost operational efficiency and data-driven solutions across lending, borrowing, collateral, and trade lifecycle activities including settlement aspects.
• Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in drafting clear and structured business specifications.
• Help translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain test cases and steer user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in release cycles and support project and feature test campaigns.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation.
