This full-time position offers paid training, with no prior experience necessary, and involves working on rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Available to work on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday).

Responsabilidades

• Support SMBs with their presence on the platform.
• Provide solution-focused support using the company's advertising tools.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English (C1 level)

Strong communication skills

Ability to assist via chat, email, and phone
