Job summary

Dellent in Lisbon is seeking a Mid-level IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from intake to offer, and engage in client conversations when appropriate.

You will write descriptions, post on IT boards and social channels, screen and interview candidates (including in English), and maintain a robust candidate CRM. This role is hybrid with occasional office presence in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably IT recruitment.
• Strong communication in English and local language.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from intake to offer.
• Write and post job descriptions on IT boards and social channels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; build shortlists.
• Maintain a candidate CRM and collaborate with clients.
