Job summary

SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech and high-volume roles. You will engage candidates, screen applications, interview, and negotiate offers to support our growing teams.

You will collaborate with external partners and track KPIs to continually refine our hiring process, while maintaining an international, fast-paced environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles.
• Understanding of roles and can distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas.
• Solid stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high-volume recruiting.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn from specialists.
• Proactive communicator in English in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech and high-volume roles in Lisbon.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
• Guide candidates through each step, building rapport for candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve the hiring process.
