Job summary

Groupe Sii Portugal is seeking a Business Manager to drive client growth, lead recruitment activities, and guide a small team in a dynamic, international environment in Portugal. You will work on developing the client roster, negotiating contracts, and coordinating talent acquisition.

You will also contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support the team with follow-up and development, while strengthening your management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business School or Engineering School is required.
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in sales and recruitment is required.
• Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Business: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability (prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management).
• Recruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.
