Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon, on-site, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure performance goals across operations and meet client expectations for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling calls/chats, processing policy-related requests, archiving documents, updating payments, and managing claims. Requires Polish (C2) and English (B2), with prior customer service experience a plus. Central Lisbon location and training provided.

Qualificações

• High level of Polish (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policy.
• Process requests via the client policy administration system or by sending information/documents to insured.
• Indexation & electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details.
• Handle claims and cancellation requests.
