Endospheres® seeks an Inside Sales Specialist for our Lisbon office to drive commercial development of the Endospheres and Sphera brands across Portugal. The role is full-time and office-based at our Lisbon branch.

You will analyze territories, profile prospects, submit sales proposals, and coordinate demos and events to generate revenue. Responsibilities include follow-up on leads, travel to trade fairs, and providing customer care.

Qualificações

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the Inside Sales role, preferably in aesthetics or medical-aesthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Category B driving license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and attend trade fairs/industry events.
• Excellent command of Portuguese (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Perform territory analysis and mapping to drive market coverage.
• Analyze competitors and brand communications to position offerings.
• Research and profile individual prospects.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals.
• Calculate revenue estimates and ROI for opportunities.
• Organize demos, masterclasses, and other sales events.
• Identify high-potential areas for B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Promptly follow up on leads from marketing and communications.
• Provide commercial customer care and conduct client visits as needed.
• Attend trade fairs and industry events and report outcomes.
