AVIAREPS Lisbon is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support the growth of a leading online airline in Portugal. You will manage travel trade and corporate accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings, promoting products, routes and campaigns.

The role requires Portuguese and English fluency, plus strong sales, negotiation and CRM skills. Training and an international, multicultural environment are offered, with opportunities for career development and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial account management.
• Experience in the aviation, travel, or tourism industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results oriented.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade and corporate accounts through telephone calls, email and virtual meetings.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across the travel trade and corporate segments.
• Promote the airline's products, routes, fares, services and sales campaigns.
• Identify, develop and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Support group requests, series opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Organize and support webinars, product training sessions and commercial events.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
