Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an HR Generalist to provide high-quality HR services across resourcing, employee relations, and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. You will collaborate with onboarding, manage joiners and leavers communications to Social Security, and support onboarding materials and labor contracts.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Portuguese.
• Native or proficient level of English (C1) — mandatory.
• Excellent listening and written/oral communication in supported languages.
• A motivated, enthusiastic personality.
• Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality HR services across resourcing and employee relations to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure documentation for new hires is complete.
• Communicate joiners and leavers to Social Security daily.
• Prepare labor contracts and deliver them to new employees.
• Conduct background checks and maintain HR data archives.
• Support motivation activities and understand employment legislation.
• Develop a performance-driven culture with the site team for ownership and development.
• Interact with staff at all levels with gravitas and empathy.
