Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an HR Generalist to provide high-quality HR services across resourcing, employee relations, and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. You will collaborate with onboarding, manage joiners and leavers communications to Social Security, and support onboarding materials and labor contracts.

Qualificações

  • Develop a performance-driven culture with the site team for ownership and development.

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide high-quality HR services across resourcing, employee relations, and business objectives while meeting corporate and statutory requirements. They collaborate with onboarding on new hire documentation, communicate daily joiners and leavers to Social Security, and support employees with onboarding materials and labor contracts. The role conducts background checks, maintains historical data archives, ensures daily exit inhibitions, records new hires in HR systems and creates employee declarations. They support motivation activities, understand employment legislation, and work with the site team to develop a performance-driven culture that encourages Individual ownership and associate development.

As a HR Generalist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Site in providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives.
  • Work together with the onboarding team to ensure that new hires deliver all documentation needed.
  • Communicate to Social Security all Joiners and Leavers on a daily basis.
  • Support new hires with all regular documentation when required.
  • Prepare labor contracts and deliver them to new employees.
  • Conduct background checks by verifying the process, requesting documents from employees, and contacting former employers.
  • Maintain and update historical data and archives according to Foundever procedures and audit requirements.
  • Ensure all exit inhibitions are completed on a daily basis.
  • Record all new hires in the HR system.
  • Create employee declarations and work certifications.
  • Support all motivation activities.
  • Maintain understanding of current employment legislation.
  • Work closely with the site team in developing a performance-driven culture that encourages individual ownership of results and employee development.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of Portuguese
  • Native or proficient level of English C1 - mandatory
  • Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
  • A motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8h - 18h


Education and experience:

  • College degree or bachelor's degree finalist
  • Degree in HR or background, experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory
