BauWatch launches in Portugal and is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Lisbon to establish and grow our presence. You will identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and manage proposals and contracts while coordinating with operations for seamless delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales, travel across Portugal, and proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. A driving license is essential, with a company car and performance bonuses available.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales or business development (B2B).
• Willingness to travel throughout Portugal, including overnight stays.
• Strong IT skills; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or MS Dynamics) is advantageous.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is desirable.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English & Spanish for internal communication.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory in Portugal.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities via networking, cold outreach, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Represent BauWatch at meetings, events, and trade shows to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
