BauWatch is launching in Portugal, seeking a Field Sales Representative in Porto to establish and grow our presence. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Team Leader to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and manage a portfolio of customers across Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales or business development in a B2B setting.
• Experience selling to construction-related customers is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel across Portugal, including overnight stays.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new customers within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Develop long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Work with Marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.
