Job summary

Noxus in Lisbon is hiring a Deployment Strategist to own the business side of customer deployments, from understanding operations to delivering measurable results.

You will work with customer leadership, operational teams and Noxus engineers to identify problems, redesign processes around AI workers and drive decisions into production.

This hands-on role requires structured thinking, senior-stakeholder confidence and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires experience from McKinsey/BCG with ownership of demanding workstreams.
• Based in Lisbon, ready to work with Noxus team and customers.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to convert ambiguity into a plan.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication.
• Willingness to learn the Noxus platform and constraints.
• Technical curiosity and ability to work with engineers on workflows and integrations.
• Evidence of driving implementation or organizational change.
• High initiative and bias for action; ownership of deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customers to map how work gets done across systems and approvals.
• Identify processes AI workers can improve, balancing impact and feasibility.
• Build business cases with baselines and success measures.
• Translate problems into clear designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery with engineering, keeping scope and milestones clear.
• Build trust with executive sponsors and IT, resolving blockers.
• Support testing, rollout and adoption in customer environments.
• Measure post-launch results and inform future deployments.
