Best Hire in Lisbon is hiring English Sales Agents to join our on-site team. You will handle sales calls in English, promote products, and build client relationships. This is a target-driven role with uncapped commission.

You will represent a leading international client, work on-site in Lisbon, and start training in October 2026. The position offers a permanent contract, competitive base salary, meal and shift allowances, health insurance, and career progression.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting targets.
• Fluent English written and spoken (C1+).
• Based in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area with daily commuting ability.
• Valid right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence permit).
• Comfortable with CRM software and multiple systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales calls in English.
• Present, promote and sell the client's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Log every lead, call and sale in the CRM.
• Follow GDPR and quality guidelines.
