Securities Transfer Officer at Groupe Crédit Agricole (Azqore)

Responsibilities
- Manage securities and funds transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and validate documentation related to securities and funds transfers.
- Support international teams by providing timely updates and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of transactions in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the Operations Department.
- Launch the securities transfer activity from scratch in Lisbon, collaborating closely with the experienced team in Switzerland.
- Act as the main point of contact with custodians, ensuring documentation and custodian policy compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in securities or financial operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
- Client service oriented, with strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for securities processing.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Completion of a motivational levers test (PULSIONS) if progress to the final selection stage.
