BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Corporate Action / Income Officer to join the PIMH family. You will ensure Corporate Actions and Income setups, instructions and payments are processed per bank standards, while maintaining the four-eyes principle and delivering accurate client information.

You will handle queries in dedicated tools, update procedures with market changes, and deepen knowledge of markets and instruments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in related roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Office and back-office data tools.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and client-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Process Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments.
• Guarantee four-eyes checking principle where necessary.
• Provide accurate information to clients and service partners.
• Manage queries and client service requests in dedicated tools.
• Update procedures with market, service and product changes.
• Develop knowledge of markets and financial instruments.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements.
