Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting for a Customer Support role based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting Russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email. The move is paid for and salary ranges from 1,050 EUR with room to 1,306.67 EUR without room (gross) per month.

The position is Monday–Friday, 07:00–19:00, located at Lagoas Park in Oeiras. You will resolve issues and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced tech support environment, with private health cover and meal allowances.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and strong English for customer interactions.
• Experience in customer support or operations.
• Ability to work in shifts 7AM-7PM Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist Russian-speaking users via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality customer experience.
