You will handle phone and written inquiries in German and English, assist with orders, deliveries, payments and returns via email, chat and social channels, and help with cross-selling.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Bonus: experience in telephone customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Address questions and concerns of German-speaking customers by phone.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments and returns via e-mail, chat and social media channels.
• Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
