Cross Border Talents invites a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon. The role covers handling inquiries via calls, chat, emails, and social media, acting as a trusted consultant with tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with English proficiency, strong typing and MS Office skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. A high school diploma is required, customer service experience is a plus, and rotational shifts

• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts

Description: Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. You'll serve as a consultant to our customers, offering prompt and tailor-suited solutions to questions and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues viaphone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned).
• Ability to adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions on both private(phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commercereviews)channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and elevate issues and customers tohigher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customerrequests , document relevant case information.

What You Need:

• Native levelof German (C1-C2 level)
