CB Talents SP seeks a German and English-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an AI project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is on-site, full-time with rotating shifts, offering relocation support to candidates moving from abroad.

You will train, evaluate, and refine Generative AI model outputs, ensuring German language quality and adherence to guidelines while maintaining high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Information

• Role: German & English-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (AI Project)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week
• Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per worked day (tax-free meal card option)
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support provided for candidates moving from abroad

What You Will Do

As a German & English Customer Support Specialist on this advanced AI project, you will play a crucial role in training, evaluating, and refining Generative AI models and text generation.

• Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, relevance, safety, and adherence to specific guidelines.
• Review, classify, and annotate datasets using specialized AI annotation and evaluation platforms.
• Interpret complex, evolving written policies to make consistent, objective, and evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure output meets high standards of readability, critical logic, and natural language fluency in German.
• Work closely with quality leads and peers in a fast-paced environment to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2) with exceptional written communication skills, plus strong English (minimum B2 level).
• AI & Tech Tech-Savviness: Solid understanding of or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and content annotation platforms.
• Critical Eye: Outstanding analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate structured text objectively.
• Policy Application: Proven capacity to quickly digest, remember, and apply intricate quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Adaptability & Integrity: Professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential data while thriving under quality-driven performance metrics.
