ENOVA, an IT consulting company, seeks an Agency Director / Senior Business Manager to develop and lead its Lisbon activities. You will own the local market, build a client portfolio, recruit consultants, and grow a new business unit.

This entrepreneurial role requires strong experience in IT consulting, business development, and team leadership. You will define the strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting partnerships with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Manager or similar BD role.
• Proven experience in an IT/technology consulting environment.
• Successful track record in new client acquisition and account development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Lisbon market strategy.
• Identify and win new strategic clients; manage RFPs and proposals.
• Build and lead a local team of Business Managers and consultants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing client growth.
• Develop ENOVA's visibility and professional network in Lisbon.
