Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer learning activities per annual training plan.
• Manage training assignments, schedules and campaigns in LMS.
• Organise virtual and classroom sessions with logistics and admin.
• Monitor participation, registrations, attendance, waiting lists and completion.
• Produce reports and dashboards tracking training KPIs.
• Support employees and stakeholders on learning programmes.
• Maintain learning records with data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams and providers to deliver initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join an international Learning & Development team, supporting the delivery and coordination of training initiatives across a dynamic and multicultural environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in learning administration, and a passion for employee development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning and development activities in line with the annual training plan.
• Manage training assignments, schedules, and learning campaigns through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Organise both virtual and classroom training sessions, ensuring all logistical and administrative aspects are completed efficiently.
• Monitor training participation, registrations, attendance, waiting lists, and completion rates.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track training activities, engagement, and key performance indicators.
• Provide support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding learning programmes, processes, and available training opportunities.
• Maintain and update learning records, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure the successful delivery of learning initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, tools, and employee learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, or Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS (mandatory).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset.
• Adaptability and willingness to support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
