Ytech in Portugal is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join an international technology environment and take a key role in the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You will own end-to-end implementation, combining hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring quality through unit tests and documentation, and mentoring other developers while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or comparable field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing Salesforce solutions end to end.
• Solid experience creating unit tests, analyzing defects, and implementing fixes.
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Deliver Salesforce configuration and parameterisation aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations within the project scope.
• Create functional and technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Execute unit tests, analyse defects, and implement the required fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor other developers throughout the lifecycle.

Lead Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join an international technology environment and take a key role in the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of requirements within Salesforce, combining strong hands‑on development expertise with technical leadership, best practices, and close collaboration with different stakeholders and development teams.

What we value in you:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing Salesforce solutions end to end.
