Connect Digital is seeking a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our international team. You will own end-to-end design, implementation and unit testing within Salesforce and related domains, and produce functional and technical documentation.

You will lead a team of developers, ensure quality through unit tests and defect fixes, and drive Salesforce integrations while aligning with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualificações

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international challenging opportunity. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the technology.

• Gross annual salary: €32,000 - €37,000, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
