Sysmatch is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide a talented team in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for international clients. The role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership in a hybrid setup, requiring Lisbon office presence two days per week.

You will work on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations, build unit tests, manage deployments via Git and SFDX, and mentor teammates to raise engineering standards.

Qualificações

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

About the Role: Lead Salesforce Developer

Required Skills:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

Nice to Have:

• Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
