We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic Salesforce delivery team responsible for developing and enhancing business-critical applications used across multiple business units.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment alongside Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce features based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex.
• Experience with Visualforce (considered a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within agile and collaborative teams.
• Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
