A Ytech, startup de tecnologia sediada em Lisboa, procura um Lead Salesforce Developer para liderar o design, implementação e entrega de soluções Salesforce numa esfera internacional. Você terá responsabilidade de ponta a ponta, combinando desenvolvimento hands-on com liderança técnica e colaboração com equipes diversas.

O candidato ideal tem 8+ anos de experiência, formação relevante e forte domínio de Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript e HTML.

Responsabilidades

• Tomar responsabilidade end-to-end pelo design, implementação e testes unitários de requisitos Salesforce.
• Desenvolver e manter soluções Salesforce com Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript e HTML.
• Realizar configuração e parametrização alinhadas aos padrões técnicos.
• Projetar interfaces e integrações no escopo do projeto.
• Gerar especificações funcionais/técnicas e manter a documentação do projeto.
• Executar testes unitários, analisar defeitos e aplicar correções.
• Definir e revisar casos de teste para garantir qualidade e confiabilidade.
• Oferecer orientação técnica e mentoria a outros developers.

We are looking for a strong Lead Salesforce Developer to join an international technology environment and take a key role in the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of requirements within Salesforce, combining strong hands‑on development expertise with technical leadership, best practices, and close collaboration with different stakeholders and development teams.

What we value in you:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing Salesforce solutions end to end
• Solid experience creating unit tests, analysing defects, and implementing bug fixes
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using JavaScript and HTML to customise templates, troubleshoot behaviour, and ensure correct rendering
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate development teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment
• English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken

What will you be doing?

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and HTML
• Deliver Salesforce configuration and parameterisation aligned with business requirements and technical standards
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations within the project scope
• Create functional and technical specifications and maintain project documentation
• Execute unit tests, analyse defects, and implement the required fixes
• Define and review test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability
• Support technical decision-making and promote Salesforce development best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
• Collaborate closely with technical, functional, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
