AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, located in Lisbon, seeks a Manager for Responsible AI Literacy and Enablement to drive enterprise governance and practical AI adoption. You will shape literacy programs, design scalable enablement, and collaborate across functions to embed responsible AI practices in day-to-day work.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, enterprise-wide messaging, and innovative enablement beyond standard training, in a dynamic, regulated industry.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree and 4 years of Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk, digital transformation, learning strategy, compliance, technology enablement, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of practical AI use, risks, and Responsible AI principles; familiar with self‑service AI tools.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk management, and regulatory expectations (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
• Ability to partner with technical teams to define requirements, prototype solutions, and scale enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the enterprise Responsible AI literacy strategy and governance messaging across learning layers.
• Design a scalable literacy layer that complements foundational AI training and supports role-based learning.
• Coordinate with AI Literacy and GTM teams to align scope and ensure integration across layers.
• Lead enablement design beyond formal training; prototype interactive tools and context-aware guidance.
• Partner with technical teams to test usability and scale enablement solutions.
