Qualificações

• Degree-educated with 7+ years in Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk, policy, quality systems, compliance or related discipline.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into governance requirements and operating models.
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management across a complex matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Amgen’s Responsible AI governance framework and operating model with defined controls and evidence practices.
• Assess emerging AI regulations and translate guidance into governance requirements and processes.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory information requests with clear governance narratives.
• Develop executive materials and decision-support content on Responsible AI issues and risks.
• Advance the maturity of the enterprise governance operating model, roles, escalation, and forums.
• Lead high-priority initiatives as the Responsible AI governance program execution lead.
