Zego seeks a Lead AI Product Manager to own Telematics, including the SDKs for data capture, data processing into trips/events/scores, and Risk Management capabilities. You’ll set 6–12 month direction across sensor, data and model decisions and partner with cross-functional teams.

You'll collaborate with Data Science, Pricing, Claims and Leadership, champion an experiment-first culture, and mentor Product Managers. This remote role includes quarterly visits to London.

Qualificações

• Strategic leadership across multiple teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building products on behavioural/location/sensor data (telematics IoT).
• Comfort engaging engineers on SDKs, data/pipelines and ML pipelines.
• Deep understanding of pricing, risk modelling and loss ratios.

Responsabilidades

• Set 6–12 month Telematics strategy across SDKs, data processing and risk management.
• Own data quality at the source for trip recording and location accuracy.
• Own the product side of scoring models with Data Science collaboration.
• Lead Risk Management decisions from price adjustments to interventions and cancellations.
• Turn driving data into P&L impact with Pricing, Underwriting and Claims.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build AI playbooks and reusable assets for team-wide impact.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation.
