Konecta Portugal is seeking 10 German-speaking agents for the Lavazza project starting 03/08/2026. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with product and order questions, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a multicultural environment.

The role offers a base salary of €1,400 with a €150 language bonus and a performance bonus up to €100, and a hybrid working model after the first 3 months, with work hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
