Lingonova in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking customer support agent to assist customers via phone, email and chat. The role includes handling product and order-related queries and delivering timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work with international teams in a multicultural environment and contribute to high-quality service. The position offers a base salary with language and performance bonuses and a hybrid work model after the first 3 months.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

German Customer Support

Currently looking for German speakers (German + English) for the project, with a start date of 03/08/2026.

Salary Package

• Base Salary: €1,400
• Language Bonus: €150
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00

• Lisbon
• Hybrid after the first 3 months
