What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Transfer Settlement Officer to join a dynamic financial services environment and support the end-to-end settlement process of syndicated loan transactions. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth trade execution, accurate documentation management, and efficient settlement activities. What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Monitor new trades daily and update internal status.
• Obtain relevant buyer documents to onboard the investor and record it internally.
• Review the trade legal contract and propose a settlement date.
• Process the trade in the systems and connect with back-office to monitor payment.
• Manage Q&A with internal and external counterparties.
